Twilight
Do all lives matter?
Yeah
When you talk about blacks
That is when it becomes extra-sensitive
Because all these years people and especially the law
have certain disdain for black lives
They don't think that they are worth enough
good enough
And try as they might
They never can get ahead
There is always some discrimination
Certain perception
That they are out to get someone
Are they?
Before we judge
Let's look at our own person
Are we good enough?
Worthy enough?
We can never judge anyone, except ourselves
And before we turn the mirror to someone
It may be turned to ours
Take a good look at yourself
Do you want others to judge you
based on your appearance, age, or whatever?
Then why are you judging them?
A friend of mine told me
She got all scared when she was in a Hispanic neighborhood
I asked her "why were you scared?"
She said "I was the only minority there"
She couldn't be any whiter to stand out
So you see
People get scared for a variety of reasons
But don't let your reason clouds your judgement
Right is right
And wrong is wrong
You don't get to be put on this earth
to hurt someone
It's the opposite
Let the devil do that
Unless you want to be like them
And at that point I think He can arrange that
Are we still on the same subject?
