Turmoil Within Me

Dawn, she strips off her robes of dark Steps out naked, a new day to embark The winds bring in new dreams The light creams up the joys in her it seems Stillness of the moments steal The zeal of endeavor paddle across till it becomes all real Across the ponds of lively time Memories seems cloudy but I can remember moments lonely At times I know it takes to realize Many life times to know there is nothing within but yells and cries Hidden inside… Never to be revealed outside, As night she is ready to spread darkness. Another day has elapsed and so has happiness…. But tranquility has set on And the turmoil within me ….for sometime is gone. © Sashi.Prabhu - 2012
