Turmoil

God, please help me I must do better I can't see through the rain In this stormy weather I wake up each morning With a smile on my face Hiding the shame I feel That my life is a waste I hold back the tears So no one can see The pressure is so great All eyes are on me The weight of a mountain Is on my shoulders A landslide of rocks Boulder after boulder I must keep going Too much is at stake I must be perfect No room for mistakes So, God, please help me To do my very best And if it gets too much for me Give me a moment to rest
