Trying To Understand

The loss of a loved one- Is so hard to understand. We search and search for answers- But still end up in despair. Trying our best to find closure- Because you never said “good-bye”. Sitting here pondering and wondering- Why-why-why. Why did you have to leave me- So Suddenly as you did? Why did you keep the secret- Buried so deep within.? If only I knew the answers- I could have peace my friends. If only I knew the answers- This poem could come to an end. One of my co-workers brother passed on 11-2-07 from a massive stroke. He was 46 years old. I am feeling her loss and just needed to write. Please keep Xia in your prayers. Thank you..
