Try Our Best To Please the Father
Some seek not the Father's will,
For they don't want to serve Him;
They rely on their own knowledge
To take only what pleases them.
They turn their ears away from the truth,
Listening to myths and false stories;
Ideas or beliefs that are not true
Cause chaos, schism, and miseries.
One of satan's strategies is gossip,
The twisted truth turns into slander;
The devil's corrupt cohorts
Try to persuade the believer.
Always be awake and alert,
The enemy is prowling around;
Like a roaring lion, he looks for someone
To swallow, so hold our ground.
We must resist the foe's temptations,
Getting not stupefied by profit and pleasure;
Be faithful midst terrible sufferings,
To attain the promised land in the future.
Don't throw away this trust in the Lord,
No matter what comes our way;
Try our best to please the Father,
Take the crown come Judgment Day.
