Truth and Lies

Sometimes I wonder what’s truth and what’s lies, Hovering between my sanity and dreams, Wishing for a light to guide me through caverns Of deceit and anger, punishment and fear, Hiding in webs spun of hatred and tears, Hoping you’ll pass me and keep right on looking, For the girl that you saw with the smiles and cheer, That exists forever more in her world of deception, Hiding, Dreaming, Hoping Wishing, For a day that will never come to pass.
