Trusting
Dr. James E. Martin
I am what I am
By the grace of God.
The paths I must walk
He has already trod.
Though I cannot see
What lies ahead,
There is nothing there
That I should dread.
When anxiety consumes me
I hear Him lovingly say,
"I will never leave you,
Not now, nor any day."
So help me Lord
To focus my trust.
To depend on You
Is simply a must.
