A mirror sestet poem.
A six-lined (eight syllables per line) rhymed poem.
The first word of line 1 rhymes with the last word of line 1.
The first word of line 2 is the last word of line 1 and the
last word of line 2 is the 1st word of line 1... and so on.
Why don't you ever want to try,
try to help me understand why?
Dying dreams fuel constant crying,
crying, for my dreams are dying.
You promised me your love was true,
true; is all that I ask of you.
Youth can't accept unbending truth,
truth is more flexible to youth.
Love cannot be built upon lies,
lies can't support the weight of love.
There was a time you swore to care,
care enough, to truly be there.
