True Beauty

For what is in a face, that you may call it beautiful For what is in a body that makes it suitable Realizing that outer features are intriguing, But cannot looks be deceiving And attitude misleading, but simply by achieving A level of standards, and of discipline and respect Your heart will learn a lesson it can never forget That today’s definition of beauty doesn’t seep beneath the skin But once you learn to look beyond, then and only then, Will you see that the beauty lies in the soul within Including the factors of the personality and mind Only those deserving of this world should ever find Their love with true beauty such as the spoken rare kind So before life runs out of time, I must let you know That love is something real, something you can’t let go Love is not something I can say, but is a deep passion I show For you know you’ve found true love when you can simply look in someone’s eyes And feel the vibe that within their soul true beauty lies So I would like to let you know, in all sincerity That when I look in your gorgeous eyes, true beauty I see And I feel a strong vibe that you were meant for me
