When all you have to talk about is misery it throws a wet blanket over the whole day.You need a bit of relief from all that gloom and despair.Otherwise you are going to spend a lot of time alone.
Be aware of everything that is going on around you. Change what you can. Help when you are able;
But don't let your silver cloud always have a dark lining.
The more we dwell on our troubles,
The bigger those troubles will seem;
And soon they permeate all around us,
Filling up even our dreams.
It begins to show on our countenance;
On our face, our stance, our walk.
It shows in everything we do.
It even fills our talk.
Life itself turns sour,
So big have our troubles become,
That it fills our very being,
From the rising to the setting sun.
People begin to avoid us.
Our family and friends run away.
Whenever they see us coming,
They find something to do far away.
It isn't that they don't love us,
Or don't care to hear what we say;
It's just that they've filled their quota,
Of pain and BS for today.
