Triple Scenes On Life, Love Powers And Faith Come light come Invade willing soul O bless be Life to thee Knowing dark world takes its toll Eat from love's sweet tree. Come night come See Heaven's bright moon Hold that sight True love's light Understanding arrives soon To negate world's blight. Come right come Dawn gifts its new glow Stand thee proud Sing aloud Let kind heart and soul thus grow Blue sky gifts soft clouds. Robert J. Lindley, 1-20-2022 Shadorma ( When A New Dawn Arrives ) Note 1: My first attempt using this poetry form. Note 2: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadorma The Shadorma is a poetic form consisting of a six-line stanza (or sestet). The form is alleged to have originated in Spain. Each stanza has a syllable count of three syllables in the first line, five syllables in the second line, three syllables in the third and fourth lines, seven syllables in the fifth line, and five syllables in the sixth line (3/5/3/3/7/5) for a total of 26 syllables. A poem may consist of one stanza, or an unlimited number of stanzas (a series of shadormas).

You did very well Robert. I have not seen this form before. Your first line rhymes I found to be delightful. I enjoy trying new forms but I am pretty busy right now. Our roof has several leaks so we are taking care of that. Blessings xxoo

My friend, trying this new form was a first for me. Those verses came to me in a very fast flow, and I just went with it. So busy now myself, that I haven't the time to try the new form again. But may do so at some future date. God bless..

Thank you, my friend. The new form to me is unique and very interesting in the way it gives paths to meander back and forth as one composes. And that to me is definitely a net positive in my estimation. God bless.

Interesting, Shadorma is an unusual form, have not seen too many of these. Yours is eloquent, and engaging for the reader~using a series is very impactful, bringing the picture full circle. Blessings, Paulette
