Trapped By Nature

I wrote this lonesome song All day long Amid utmost serenity Picturesque and riverine Scented as butterflies And cascaded with a p lethora of butterflies The sun's rays glistened my eyes As the palm trees whirled to the easterly winds Forget the flimsy fountains Or the distant mountains There I saw fluffy waves And endless caves Dusk breathed in cold chills As I heard each beat of the bass drum I wished I could run But one last voice echoed from behind Whilst I felt something creep up my back I knew I was trapped
