Trapped

Sometimes when you  Think people are there They really aren't  They disappear Without a sound You don't care  But you really do  You don't cry easily But this isn't an easy time Wondering about  People's opinions Every second of the day Never knowing if you  Do everything right If they approve Afraid to make mistakes You wish you could But you know you can't Help is coming  No it's not no one even Knows nor cares Because you seem so happy Happy Happy Every day and every night Nothing can faze you  But everything will No one knows But you wish they did Get out of this nightmare Into reality  But you can't you're  TRAPPED

I can definitely feel the claustrophobia of being trapped in this excellent poem.
