Too Many

There's too many children Who have no food Some have no home Or even shoes There's too many women Beaten and bruised No matter their skin color They're all black and blue There's too many men Strung out on crack Some are so far gone They'll never come back There's too many families Who struggle each day There's not enough money And too many bills to pay There's so many things We all, as one, can do To ease the pain and suffering Of the not-so-few
