Today
Today
Today I will tell you,
Today I will boldly tell you,
Today I won't fear your wrinkled forehead,
Nor will I fear my fiery glare,
No my dear,
Today I will tell you.
Today I will tell you,
Today I will stand strong and tell you,
Today I won't fear your disapproving glance,
Nor will I fear your harsh hiss,
No my dear,
Today I will tell you.
Today I will tell you,
Of how hard my heart thumps
When I glimpse your profile,
Today I will tell you,
Of how I toss and turn at night,
Longing for your presence by my side,
Today my dear,
I will tell you
how much I long for you,
How much I yearn for you,
How much I love you!
