To Not Care
How could one
In signature
of note
Drawn upon
the breath,
in a beating heart
Gasping ,
sword pierced
Breathing I cared,
half closed eyelids
Hurt deep inside
In the wounded sigh
Did not cost you
A second thought,
tears in fractured pain
Wounded deep
It would be nice
If even
it meant something
To care
just a little
In the answer no,
tearing the insides
Out of me
Within the heart
Death of you
Weeping emotions
I cared
