Tired
is it possible,
to be tired of everything?
tired of this life,
sick of smiling,
sick of laughing,
of all the joy that surrounds you.
tired of all the lies,
of all the pain,
of your heart being broken,
day after day.
shut out everything,
close off everyone,
hide inside of yourself,
where you're secure,
where you're safe.
is it possible,
to wish that the world,
would be as miserable as you are?
why?
why would someone like me want that?
because their sick of smiling,
sick of laughing,
tired of all the lies,
tired of all the pain,
tired of their heart being broken,
day after day.
