Time

Time cannot exist without movement. Movement cannot exist with out matter. Time is merely man's invention, Just a means of keeping track of motion, In our lives, Much like counting gray hairs, On our head. Years are no more than a measure, Of earth's movement aroung the sun. Light-years are the same, Just longer, Measured out in particle-waves. But matter and energy interchange, And without them time would not exist. What then is the constant? Other than the mind. Could it be the soul?

Jim, you asked what is the constant other than the mind. Hm, that's quite a poser but you know what? I think I can answer that. That is, if you will give me enough Time to figure it out!!! Slow down a bit on the philosophizing, Jim, because in my experience, trying to solve philosophical puzzles need deep reflection which in turn demands...you bet, a lot of Time!!! Ha ha. Regards, Fred
