Time

I am pressing for time to conquer what is mine. I am pressing for time to meet with the divine. I can only be in one place at a time, and I am going to take my own time. I am not going to rush; I am not going to fuss, and I am not going to eat my breakfast in a hurry. I cannot change what has already happened; time is precious, time is sweet, but you have got to keep moving until the journey is complete. Give yourself enough time when you go out and dine, give yourself time when the weather is fine. Mealtime is a spiritual thing, enjoy the place and familiarize yourself with the country's food; absorb the culture and observe the foundation of nature and listen to the silent whispers. Time is of essence they say but focus on what you have to do for the day and don’t be led astray. Time is running up the road and I have to keep my spirit bold, time is running on the track, and you have to work out your timing inch by inch and don’t get embroiled in chitchats, cultural brawls and gossip. Study the track and field event, keep your feet on the ground and open your ears to the mystical sound. Time is crawling up your feet and you have an important mission to completed. You are composing a new sound and destiny will lead to where the lyrics are found. Listen to the sound of the buzzing bees, watch the squirrel as it climbs up the tree and observe the Australian Kangaroo as it crosses the street. I am going to time square, but the multitude is always hurrying over there; coffee in one hand, donuts and bagel in another and their bags strapped across their backs; they are eating and drinking on the busy crowded street and rushing to catch the train; that is so insane and the next day they do it all over again. Time is of essence, and I have to get on the shinkansen to take me from Hokkaido to Tokyo, the JR line will be just fine, and Tokyo line will take be me Shibuya on time I will meet with the Shibuya girls and talk with Harajuku boys that are down to earth. I will meet and greet the people in the street and adapt the Tokyo rhythm. Time is of essence, why are you running with pressure on your back, relax when the traffic comes to a stop. You must stop shaking your legs or you will end up dead. Cool down your adrenalin before you compose the traditional rhythm, let virtue tell the story for you and let wisdom carry you through. Time in on my watch and I have twenty appointments recorded in my diary; I am going to attend all of them and write a song about them. I will complete them in my own time and if I am late, I will still show up at the gate. Time is winding down and I am waiting for the new gown and the mystical shoe.
