Thy Pleads
The voiceless nights
Kept to ourselves we need
The may wrongs to rights
Yet the many secrets to keep
I want to say
Yet words don’t exactly form
Given the world today
Feelings no longer belong
If I am to know
It is to go untrue
To fit a justly role
Who are you?
And I say only
What they want hear
They have known barely
Yet I’m sure
Voiceless... the nights
As pure as needs
Wrongs never again are rights
How truth never pleads
