Throw Poems Into a Pond
Throw Poems Into A Pond
Suppose all of your poems I were to abscond
Take all of them and throw right into a pond
Where water would end up washing them off
And then put each one into a smaller trough.
Properly place them on poem line to dry out
Then try to remember what they were about
A few may be observed as being an obsession
Others are with errors and do need correction.
Now that my perfect poems are all around
Should I complete by adding surround sound
So that all poems you are properly hearing
Confusion and frustration will start disappearing.
What if every poem I then tried to condense
And ended up satisfying your every sense
Knowing that you have grand total of five
To perk up poems making them become alive.
After reading poems and they ran their course
And you just jumped on and mounted a horse
Who for a while walked in circles to unwind
Got dizzy and left all of your poems behind.
