Thrones and Fairytales
You thought yourself such royalty
Upon your throne of lies
I played the fool, the jokers role
Until it was my time
You laughed and laughed
At my expense
It was all for your pleasure
So you thought
When your tower fell
Your reign was done and over
I was the one wearing the crown
Fanning your smouldering embers
How does it feel to know you lost
After such a mighty fall
You built your lies on fairytales
But I get the happily ever after
