I have it the same where I live, but not geese - wild ducks and their young. At the moment the river is high because of all the rain, so, for safety, they have come to the lake in the convent ground behind our home. There seem to be about 30 of them - - - and the breeding pairs are there with their young, what is left of them, too. It's costing me a fortune in bread.
