Thoughtful Emotion

One two three O leary Four five six OLeary Seven eight nine O Leary Out goes u Lol these were the words my Tad taught me When trying to see who was going to go first I often wonder of the words of these old tales How far back in the archives they first resurrected their heads In Ireland they used to bounce a ball to this rhyme Everything alters with the ongoing of time Be interesting to find out what will go on for years From the tales of today, do we have any, I fear. There again children don’t play in the street or in the park To busy sitting in front of a screen til its dark Fresh air would kill them I am sure that’s what they think Goodness help the generation that comes after this. How true that children just aren't active any more; a price to be paid in the future I think. All the best to ya Seren, love the O'Leary parts to this!

"One, Two, Three O Leary" brought back sweet childhood memories. That was very familiar to me even over here in Canada many years ago. Happy Easter Seren! Love Jack xox

This poem is so very true, the children now days are so immersed with technology that they don't see this simplicity of just playing outside and using their imagination! I miss those innocent days when I played outside and had all the fun I could muster for an entire day! I loved reading this amazing poem this afternoon! What a fantastic piece, Great Work!!
