Thou Shalt Not Think By Elton Camp Is a religious school the best choice That will cause your child to rejoice For students’ future will it prepare Or is it a huge mistake to beware On the surface it may seem best But will it stand a reality test Mainly church dogma will it teach By those who prefer to preach Will it develop an enquiring mind Or students who, to facts, are blind Perhaps say earth is 6,000 years old Not 2.4 billion as science has told Claim dinosaurs lived with men From when the world did begin Assert that black skin is cursed When Noah’s son did the worst So be careful before you decide Is it truly best, what they provide
