This Time Last Year

One year is a long time but can also pass by so quickly As do words that rhyme in hoping that others may see With a passage over hear and new a phrase right there Just trying to make it clear, that people, you need to care Some tones may have been wrong and even a misspelled word This being for what I long in telling others of what I heard So many of them are there being so much to my surprise But I will lay my heart bare offering up to the Lord all my cry's Using the gift He gave to proclaim His Name loud and clear Saying that it's only Jesus who can save and how He is so near Telling of His great Love and Grace and of His Sacrifice for you Just trying to sketch His Face so you'll be able to see what is true And with a little help from the Holy Spirit "descending like a Dove" You too will come to endear it in the true sensing of His Love The Lord knows we have all fallen and maybe feel a little far away But trust me He is calling why don't you finally answer Him today!
