Hello Linda,I live in Canada we had our Canada celebration On July 1st. Our street was closed down for our big party. We all brought food and our own drinks. Then we had fireworks to end the evening. Everyone had a great time. Since my 20;s I have always been interested in poetry writing..

Why is this included under the Blitz style of poetry when it plainly isn't?

Hi Linda, i am from Scotland, i live in the county of Fife, about five or six miles from the river Forth, in what we call the central belt. I don't really have any news to share. I write my poetry as a means of communication with people i guess, to say i am here and i can Love, as my Kentucky Rose knows. You always come out with something different my friend. Your work is special because God made you so, as we all are in our way....Vladislav. May your pen ever run gold.

I am from Kelowna British Columbia Canada in the beautiful Okanagan Valley. We are located on Lake Okanagan in the heart of wine Country. If you have ever been to Italy we are very similar to the Tuscany Region. Once upon a time I lived in your neck of the woods in Brownsville Texas. We spent a lot of time on Padre Island.

I am from the "Show Me" state, we've lived here for 60 years, but both hubby and I grew up in Arkansas, and that's still home to us. We've been around a bit, living in Montana our first year, and through travel east, west, and south too. I've written sonnets about each. All are wonderful in their own special ways. VIVA USA!

PD Linda: I've been trying to think of something I could share that would be meaningful. I'm from Iowa, where Chris Soules, the Bachelor Farmer is from. Do "real" poets have time for stuff like the Bachelor? Probably not. :o) This "no poem" was a clever idea. Thanks for doing it. oldbuck

Dear Linda The last tcime I commented to you I was having a really bad day. Everything that could go wrong did go wrong, so now I'm in a better place here in Toledo, by the bay. That is where I have lived all my life. Right down the road from the glass city water front, and down the other way is Tony Pacco's you know from Mash fame. Love the pic of the baby by the way totally cute, cheri
