This Is a Love Letter

She rocked back and forth in rhythm with her music A discordant cacophony of pounding static Her face spoke of constant misery in it's lines An ink-covered angel with a well practiced smile I wish I knew how to fill the hole inside of her She breaks under the weight of that empty space Even if it broke me, even if it destroyed me I'd sell my empty soul to save her
