This Glad Day
My love and I
Exchange kisses
Seated on a bank,
Under the shade of a nameless tree
For us.
Quiet surrounds us
And
We
Watch
Fishermen - two,
Casting,
And we
Admire
An artist mix paint
Brushing her eye's beauty
On Canvas...
Distant chatter!
Cyclers trudge uphill,
Boaters paddle nonchalant.
My love and I
Under a nameless tree,
For us.
A waterfall!" I exclaim...
How excited I am, and we without camera
Or canvas...
So I pen my eye's beauty and
share with you, this glad day!
