This Doesn'T Rhyme But Was Inspired
Moonlight kisses her every crease and fold
holding on with fingertips scratch
staying just a moment longer
on the translucent alabaster stretched upon
perfectly positioned bones
Her caress, but shadows touch
Shadows serpentine her as she sways and shallows
to some sombre sonata
and smiles from times sometime ago
Still seems to stop
in the spaces that surround her
