Their Endless Prison

Look around A building beautiful in its time Closed and hidden from the world Still, it is filled with hope And filled with despair Mists show traces of past lives Spirits wander the rooms Looking for their bodies Maybe just for a white light Or maybe for anyone to know they are there But for most that never happens For them hour after hour Year after year is always the same They are trapped in a prison Serving a sentence which never ends © Poem – X/VI/MMXXI
