Thefierybeast
Once upon a time, there was a beast
A fierce creature that loved to feast
On the flesh of our wicked kind
Its wings set to soar until the end of time
The simple exhale of its gentle breath
Resulted in flames and to some, death
A beast to fear, a beast to flee
But also a magnificent sight to see
This darling creature fought a horrid war
Against armies of men who promised gore
It struggled to defeat its own destiny
And screamed a fire that burned so brightly
It could be seen from galaxies far and wide
And that’s how my love got the sparkle in her eye
