The Wrong Sweet Neck
THE WRONG SWEET NECK
He made a bad one
Mistake that is--
Thought he was a
Lovin’ whiz
But this time
His lips nibbled on
The wrong sweet neck
Last Christmas his roving life
Became an HO train
Headin’ for a high speed wreck
Around the sofa
Headin across the kitchen floor
He saw his life
Flying to pieces at the feet
Of the woman he adored
Knew his tender hands
Aching every hour
Weren’t the only
Buzzin’ Bees humming
After that
Thorny deadly flower
