The World Suddenly Blind

I woke up this morning in a blackout To the sound of neighbours frantic Felt the warth of sunshine, but lights out To the deafening screams of panic I fell out of bed, dead on the cement floor I could feel the walls surround me with chaos The alarm triggered to the bashing on the door Whatever it was, it had no remorse Was it is some sort of new mutated virus That overnight attacked the human retina? Nothing was spared, it was ominous We had no time to react to this phenomina Explosions heard as airplanes fell from the skies Random gunfire followed cries in the blindness Suicidal thoughts flooded minds and eyes Then suddenly, silence, complete deafness Sponsor: Mystic Rose Contest: Fantasy
