The Wipperwill
Slowly I stand watching
in the silence of the night
With love my heart is singing
hoping you will soon be right.
can you hear
the wipperwill
stand ready
now for flight
take heed
my children growing
take heed
of loving rights
You are the children growing
in the silence of the night
you are the lovers waiting
for a lover now to meet
can you hear
the wipperwill
stand ready
now for flight
Listen to your heartbeat
stand ready now for love
you are the lovers waiting
for the coming of the dove
Can you hear
wipperwill
stand ready
now for flight
With laughter
you bring happiness
with anger
you bring hate
Lets build a world
of friendship
where
none of you are late
