The Winter Flower
I picked a flower yesterday,
It was a beautiful shade of pink,
Thinking of you in my way,
Wondering what you would think.
I know not what kind,
Small and delicate as it was,
Beautifully designed,
I put it in a vase.
It wont last,
Flowers never do,
It will wilt fast,
But not my love for you.
