The Whispering Mind
Within the chambers of the skull, a hidden world resides,
A tapestry of thoughts and dreams, where reason often hides.
A mental landscape, vast and deep, with mountains high and valleys low,
Where emotions surge like ocean tides, a constant ebb and flow.
The sunlit meadows, bright and clear,
Represent the mind at ease, devoid of fear.
Birdsong whispers tales of peace,
And gentle breezes bring release.
But shadows lurk in hidden caves,
Where darkness festers, doubt enslaves.
Twisted branches, gnarled and bare,
Reflect on the burdens we all bear.
A storm may rage, with wind and rain,
Unleashing chaos, tearing at the brain.
Anxiety's grip, a chilling hold,
Leaving the heart both numb and cold.
Yet, amidst the storm, a flicker bright,
A hidden strength, a guiding light.
Resilience blooms, a fragile flower,
Nurtured by hope, in every hour.
For just as seasons come and go,
So too, the mind can ebb and flow.
With self-compassion, as our guide,
We navigate the storms inside.
Seek solace in the sunlit days,
Embrace the calm, in gentle ways.
Let understanding be your shield,
And seek the help that can be healed.
For mental health, a precious thing,
Deserves our care, our voice to sing.
Together build a world of grace,
Where minds find healing, find their space.
