Dear Brian, I love your poetry...exquisite as this one is. Brian, my husband, Steve Eng, has been lying in bed for nearly two years, speechless, and in a near coma from a rare form of dementia called primary progressive aphasia. His last poem was written around 1995. He would have loved Poetry Soup...he loved promoting other poets/writers even more than he loved writing.
