The Wall

ripples in the wave resemble grains in wood this wall is evil there's no trace of good razor sharp claws curl pleading to fall a face is forming fully you're seeing a skull frightened the more you look the more it gains pouring rain is its coarsing veins it's storing rage and storming hatred turning plentiful fields into morbid wastelands more than wasting this is pure destruction write a plea to the planet titled dear dysfunction a pit full of overzealous jealous clammering bringing each other down to snag a dream living vicariously through a magazine this hate shouldn't flow so avidly but when you're up against a wall and you give it your all there's still a damn good chance that wall might fall ~Rolphy
