The True Happy Christmas
Bend low before His humble bed,
the Savior of the world is born;
with angel choir overhead
bend low before His humble bed.
The manger beams, a cross outspread,
shadowed His head with crown of thorns;
bend low before His humble bed,
the Savior of the world is born.
Born to bear a cross and die,
to be our sacrificial Lamb;
the King the world will crucify,
born to bear a cross and die.
To sin the great, final reply-
He who forever reigns, I AM;
born to bear a cross and die
to be our sacrificial Lamb.
Light of the World, forever shine
from manger, cross and empty tomb;
within meek hearts Your love enshrine,
Light of the world, forever shine.
Baby born to kingdom divine,
let all men to Your peace attune;
Light of the World, forever shine
from manger, cross and empty tomb.
