The Titanic Didn't Sink

My heart is Titanic for you I would say feelings but this is love, there's a difference and it cuts deep for you Over the moon for you, I'm moon walking from nervousness but can't stay away from you Her southern hospitality makes me want to lasso the moon and a couple constellations I want to give you the world and that's just the first flower to the garden A man has an inner animal instinct that is driven by lust but for the first time my flesh wasn’t stirred My mind was the one wanting to mix your ingredients And we all know what I'm about to say next but this feeling is foreign to me Has love always been a language foreign to me Love is so much deeper than we understand We only notice the tip of the iceberg and assume that we can survive the cold hands pushing you to a frozen peak Love is not weak it is work but not a 9-5 more like a 24/7 shift That needs 7/11 late night trips for date nights where we stay in The roots of a heart are grown behind the scenes then the movie compliments the cinematographic memories, tears, anger, and smiles They all help love bloom into the rose that never dies So let's go on this love cruise and enjoy the journey to new places together Making love together because the best things don't come prepackaged My heart is just a ship and your waves help guide me in lost waters p.s. the Titanic didn't sink I just fell for you...
