The Time Particle

He floated tonight and saw it for sure, Magic filled up the whole sky, He saw beautiful particles wherever he looked, He saw time just slowly float by, And the further he looked the slower they got, He saw in a galaxy of moons, Countless time particles slowing right down, Breaking all physical rules, By attracting one another, like things that are real, Time stopped being a small simple thought, He saw time change its mind and turn right around, Like you do when you’re off on a walk, Tonight, when he peered up into the black, He held time from his warm floating bed, Sharing thoughts with the pieces of time up in space, In a surreal dream in his head.
