The Thunderstorm

As the storm soars in with its ominous blend, it swirls clouds of rubbish with a surging gale wind. Bolts of lightning dance in the sky, as the darkness of the mass slowly passes by. A forced mass of rain suddenly begins pouring, swaying with the wind, with thunder claps roaring. Streaks of lightning stretch to the ground, as the vicious sky rumbles with an echoing sound. The surging shower became a downpour of hail, bouncing off the ground as hard as it fell. In just seconds, it stops, and calmness fills the air. The sound of silence is heard everywhere. The sky grows lighter as the storm soars away, then glaring rays of sunlight once again brightens the day. Copyright 2007 INSIGHTS by R. A. Jones - Published by Publish America
