The Tenth Reindeer

How many reindeer does Santa have stabled? Let's take the count, as in the fables. If you count eight then you are off, for that, I cannot but scoff. You might say nine but to no avail, That's if you include the red-nosed one in the tale. No, Santa has ten reindeer in all, If you don't believe me, just give their roll a call. We know Dasher, Dancer, Prancer, and Vixen, Comet, Cupid, Donner, and Blitzen. And if you will recall, Rudolph became the most famous reindeer of all. But no one ever speaks about number ten, Perhaps, it's because no one thinks of them. I want to cry when the fuss about Rudolph I at Christmas hear, Because everyone forgets Olive...Olive the other reindeer.

Oh, poor Olive always being forgotten. Such a cute and charming story told in verse, Daniel. I hope you are doing well now and getting ready for a festive holiday season. Things are so different this year. So nice to see you posting again! Hugs, Carolyn

Hello, again!! It has been quite a while since I had some visions of what I have wanted to write, but lately there have been moments of inspiration which gave me the opportunity to try my hand again. I hope they are worthy of reading. Have a safe and joyous holiday if I don't get the chance to tell you later.

It will take me a while to get back into the "swing" of things, so I will have to look up your Randy. Thanks for the welcome.
