The Sun Comes Out

A gloomy strike of sadness A whilting flower pot Darkness in my eyes And then the sun comes out Rain falls on my head My lip; a downward pout Broken nail or two And then the sun comes out Coffee on my shirt A day I want to shout A lost set of keys And then the sun comes out My Sun is in a place You wouldn't think it be My Sun, day and night He sleeps right next to me
