The Storms of Life
Life is full of storms
both big and small
it's how they are faced
that determines our lives
To be able to meet each
and then overcome them
fills one with great pride
a sense of accomplishment
If now and then you stumble
that too is just life
so shake yourself down
never give in, carry on
Take each lesson learned
and from it take strength
to falter is only human
it's how we then deal with it
That lets us hold our heads high
all of life is a learning curve
we can stagnate or we can grow
the choice is in our own hands
