The Storm
A wonderous day breaks dawns new light,
A storm at sea, brings a whole new fright,
A current so large, A whirling so vast, A shipwrecks past,
Uncovered at last.
From the depths of the sea,
to the stars in the sky,
comes a breath of fresh air,
in the lungs of a child.
Slowly forgetting the pasts dawns day,
growing up to be an adult
in a righteous way.
one looking to a new land,
for a chance to finally understand,
what its like to be free,
their imagination runs willingly.
for their life was set out to sea,
to run open, wild and free,
till they hit a new land,
with open arms and warm souls
at hand, a place to frolic and roam,
a place called their new home.
