The Snow
The snow
He sits alone under tree
Watching the boats in the sea
He wants to open a new life
But he just can’t find the key
He looks at pictures
Of other countries so far away
He Lives in an island
But wish to touch snow one day
She tends to her herds
In the African continent
Some one told her a story once
Of a place that he went
It was about America
The winter and how it was cold
And she always wishes to touch snow
Ever since she was a little girl
The simple things we have
Will mean so much in some one’s world
If we really look around us
The is so much beauty to unfold
The couple stock up on items
Blizzards is coming today
Buys a bag of snow salt
And scattered on the driveway
The snow was so much
Outside every one shoveling away
They said wish we lived on an island
Don’t want to see snow another day
Lady waits at the bus stop
Freezing from head to toes
She wants to move to Trinidad
And never buy another winter cloths
Everyone wish for something
But not all can come true
Some wish is impossible
But still green eyes I wish for you
But if we don’t wish
Then our lives will be stagnant
And in our mines
Depression will ran rampant
So people will keep on wishing
As long as the sky are blue
Some wish for snow
Green eyes I wish for you
