A beautifully written haiku Maria, with quiet but lively imagery (if that makes sense...).., I think the 's' words, of course including 'silent', and the fact that owl's wings in flight are noiseless, makes it feel quiet - but lively to me... So I guess it does make sense lol! A vivid haiku that I enjoyed!!

Yet again an impressive offering, Maria. The imagery is striking, just like the swooping owl! Well done. Regards and goodnight. // paul

Good Evening Maria. I'm sorry I missed this entry. This is a perfect Haiku in my eyes. The format is in true form voice and tone. I found it very traditional. Excellent work. I so bow to all of you who write in this unique format and style. Have a wonderful night. Well done
