The Silent Giant

O I have yet seen a giant so great reveal its natural beauty, with pride above all surroundings it stands, constant but fairly moody. Its eyes from high above they watch but not a word they speak. Snow covered tops in spring shall thaw flooding the lengthy creek. Rising above the clouds gloriously standing tall, its rocky skin wears many colours in spring, winter and fall. Its surface bares scars of time and trails of a thousand charts. Steep ridges and lofty heights strike fear in valiant hearts. Miners do often wonder of treasures it does conceal, marble and granite or gold, quartz that caves reveal. Climbers do seek to conquer the mighty daring peaks, its narrow ridges of failed attempts they never really speak. Saleh Ben Saleh
